Double major in Electrical Engineering & Business Management from UNIST. Automotive diagnostics experience from Mercedes-Benz MBUSI. Built a Korea-Ghana dealer network involved in 100+ vehicle transactions predating Verna's platforms. Leads product, strategy, and international market development.
COO & Co-Founder
Grace Eunji Park
Leads operations, Korean market development, and government program partnerships. Coordinating Verna's institutional engagement strategy including accelerator programs and corporate partnership initiatives.

Phebe Akosua Agyeiwaa
Leads financial operations, cross-border transaction framework, and Africa market commercial strategy. Oversees financial compliance, investor relations, and the structured payment and escrow architecture.
